Change of Delivery Address

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If you receive a parcel that is damaged during transit, please reject it if possible and get in touch with our customer service. In cases where the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service. We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
